(19/08/2026) Thank you for your continued support of the My Health, My School Survey during the 2025/26 academic year. The survey will re-open for pupil access on Monday 7th September 2026 and will remain available until Thursday 22nd July 2027. Schools that already have a My Health My School Survey account do not need to re-register; existing account details will remain active for the new academic year. Please be aware that parental consent is required for all pupils under the age of 13, including those in Year 8.
