Data Sharing Agreement
We agree for our individual school/setting data to be shared with Leeds City Council for the purpose of supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young people, informing service planning, and contributing to research and evaluation aimed at improving outcomes.
We also agree for our pupils’ survey data to be shared with third parties including research and evaluation partners, for the purposes of academic research, service improvement, and policy development.
Local Authority-Specific Agreements
Bracknell Forest only : We agree that anonymised school-level survey responses may be accessed and used by Bracknell Forest Council and the Bracknell Forest 0–19 Service to provide appropriate and timely support to schools and inform future services for children, young people, and families.
East Sussex Schools only : We agree that anonymised school-level survey responses may be accessed and used by East Sussex County Council and the East Sussex School Health Service for similar purposes.
Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead only : We agree that anonymised school-level survey responses may be accessed and used by Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council and the 0–19 team to support schools and inform future services.
Slough only : We agree that anonymised school-level survey responses may be accessed and used by Slough Borough Council and the Slough Child and Family Wellbeing Service .
Torbay Schools only : We agree that anonymised school-level survey responses may be accessed and used by Torbay Council and the 0–19 Torbay team .
Data Protection and Legal Compliance
All data sharing will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 , the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) , and any future legislation.
The legal basis for processing this data is public task (Article 6(1)(e)) and, where applicable, explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) for special category data.
Only the minimum necessary data will be shared, and all data will be stored and processed securely in accordance with relevant data protection policies.
Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above and in accordance with applicable retention schedules.
Where data is described as “anonymised,” this means it has been processed to ensure individuals cannot be identified, directly or indirectly.
Individual Rights and Contact Information
We will consider, process, and respond to any requests exercising individuals’ rights (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, objection) within the relevant statutory timescales.
