Please be aware that parental consent is now required for all pupils under the age of 13, including those in Year 8. Schools must now obtain explicit parental consent for pupils in Year 8 and below before they take part in the survey, in line with GDPR and ISA guidance. Headteachers are asked to confirm their school’s compliance via email to schoolwellbeing@leeds.gov.uk. Support materials, including consent templates, are available on the survey website.
